Ministry Overview
Since the brutal leadership of Idi Amin in the 1970s, Uganda has suffered the devastating effects of civil war, HIV/AIDS, and rebel conflict, claiming the lives of the parents of more than two million children. As a result, there is the very real danger of many of these children being recruited into gangs and rebel armies.
God has called John and Jesca Wandera to bring hope and healing to the broken-hearted, traumatised and helpless. They founded Christian Fellowship Ministries (CFM) with the aim of reaching Uganda for Christ through evangelism, church planting, orphan care, leadership training, and a micro-finance scheme to empower their people to be self-sufficient.
